Alden Knisbacher has been practicing law in the Bay Area since 1994. Mr. Knisbacher represents individuals and small business in various litigation in state and federal courts, including general litigation, class actions, employment matters, and personal injury. Mr. Knisbacher also represents individuals in immigration proceedings before the USCIS and the EOIR.
Mr. Knisbacher is a member of CELA (California Employment Lawyers Association,) AILA (American Immigration Lawyers’ Association,) and ALRP (Aids Legal Referral Program.) He is also a member of the United States District Courts, Northern District of California and Eastern District of California’s pro bono panels.
